We have had a hard time with reflux and other health issues. I was skeptical about this product but decided to give it a try. While I have only used it last night for the first time and this morning for his nap. IT WORKED!! Within 2minutes he was out. He fell into a deep sleep. I was able to move him to his swing without waking him up. I did swaddled him so this helped in moving him and not startling him. One thing I would change would be the loud Velcro. It's not a deal breaker. My wife uses a body carrier but there is times when I just need to run into the store for one or more items, or I'm going some where space is limited. The best use other than in our own home is if we visit grandparents but don't want to take down, travel, assemble the large bulky swing when this takes up almost no space and requires so little effort. My boy like so many other young babies like to be swaddled and held tight, this dose just that and with 2 of the 3 straps going all the way around the baby supporting the head and feet preventing any sliding in or out. The over baby Velcro strap holds not only the arms in and to the side but will not allow for the baby to anywhere other than were you take them.
